This 55+ community is has a great location right off Atlantic Avenue and Jog Road in central Delray Beach. The community offers a beautiful clubhouse with a resort-style pool, a lap pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, card rooms, multi-purpose room for social events, and a café.. Avalon Trails has an on-site activities coordinator who plans all kinds of fun activities throughout the month.

The villas in Avalon Trails are all single story. There are a variety of floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,305 to 1,436 square feet with at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Some have an additional den, and there is a three bedroom model. Each villa has a one-car garage.

The single family homes in Avalon Trails are both one and two story. There are a few floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,564 to 1,881 square feet with one or two-car garage. The two story homes have the primary bedrooms downstairs and a bedroom and loft area upstairs. They’re all really nice floor plans.
