Highland Beach FL Real estate market report for December showed a strong month of sales. The number of listings remained steady in December. Condo prices showed a close list-to-sale ratio while there was more room for movement in single family homes that sold.

With the new tax laws up north, we have more and more people coming to live in south Florida every day. Home sales in Highland Beach and surrounding cities show this. Of course, we still have snowbirds and snowflakes who come for our beautiful weather. We also have new construction going up along the beach. Should you hire a buyer’s agent for new construction? You betcha! It costs you nothing yet can end up saving you a fortune .

With more homes coming on the market daily as well as new construction condos, homeowners who want to sell need to be a bit more flexible now. There is less inventory with regard to home sales in Highland Beach on the low end, but a good amount on the high end.

Highland Beach FL real estate market report showed as of December 31, 2019, there were 166 condos for sale. That’s pretty much remained steady. That may not sound like a lot, but many people don’t realize how small Highland Beach FL really is. It runs from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway nestlled between Boca Raton and Delray Beach, and is just 1.6 miles in total.

The highest-priced condo listing currently available in December was $ 6,550,000 and the lowest priced was $ is,900.

No, that isn’t a mistake. You read it right. There is a wide variety of housing options in this small exclusive enclave along the Atlantic Ocean. Highland Beach has single family oceanfront homes, Intracoastal houses, condominiums and townhouses. There are newer condos and older condos, large condos and small condos. It runs all across the board.

Square footage of the available condos in Highland Beach ranged from 987 square feet to 6.631. While these two properties are at complete opposite ends of the spectrum, the average condo for sale in Highland Beach in December 2019 was listed at $ 978,097 and had 1974 square feet.

As of December 31, 2019, there were 16 single family homes for sale in Highland Beach FL. That’s a good amount of homes for sale in this beautiful oceanfront town.

The highest-priced listing currently available in December 2019 was $ 22,500,000 and the lowest priced was $ 2,050,000.

Square footage of the available homes in Highland Beach ranged from 1998 to 12,224. That’s quite a range, but the average home for sale in Highland Beach in December 2019 was listed at $ 8,077,312 and had 6,760 square feet.
