Elyse has to be the best realtor ever. Not only is she kind and warm, she is also very good at her job. Elyse goes above and beyond to assist. She instantly calmed me down about finding a place that will take two dogs. She is very dog friendly and knowledgeable about what communities are welcoming to pets. I’m in the process of purchasing my first home and Elyse has been so thorough in making sure everything is handled cor-rectly. She has given excellent referrals for specialists I need, like for repairs and insurance policies. I’ve been quite overwhelmed with my big move from the north down to Florida and Elyse even reminded me to set up an account for electricity. I’m not sure what I would do without her. She is patient, friendly, personable, accessible, dependable, and has a great sense of humor, which I find very important in stressful times like purchasing a condo and moving. I fully trust her as it is apparent that she acts in her clients’ best interest. She is a joy to work with and I feel so grateful to be working with her on my first home.
