Newport Bay Club is a beautiful, guard gated community of single family homes centrally located in Boca Raton, along Jog Road, near many other pet friendly gated communities in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida. It’s not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing in the streets of this gated community, playing tennis or people out walking their dogs. This pet friendly community is divided into four sections with a large clubhouse and tennis courts.

What’s the Neighborhood Like?
As you enter the community, you are greeted by a guard who will direct you. Newport Bay Club has 230 single family homes. The homes in Newport Bay Club are divided into four sections: Copper Lake, The Hamptons, The Tides and The Estates. Newport Bay was built in the early 1990s. Each section of this dog and cat friendly gated community is a little different.
The homes for sale in Newport Bay range in size from approximately 1800 square feet to over 4000 square feet in The Estates section. There are a variety of homes to choose from, depending on your needs and price range. Many of the homes have water views, high ceilings, large walk-in closets and private pools, as well.
Newport Bay has a homeowner’s association but NO equity fees. What this means is you only pay your monthly maintenance. Included in that maintenance is usually basic cable, lawn care (except in The Estates), clubhouse, and the guard house.
Amenities in this pet friendly gated community include basketball, , indoor racquetball, biking and jogging paths, clubhouse, community room, exercise room, game room, pool, saunas and a world-class tennis facility.

What’s Going on Nearby Newport Bay Club?
Newport Bay Club is located in the heart of central Boca Raton. There is a major hospital, trauma center less than 4 miles from the neighborhood, as well as just about every kind of conceivable shopping nearby. There are three major shopping plazas within minutes of the community, as well as the new Park Plaza shopping center nearby on Military Trail.
Regency, Polo, Addison and Park Plaza shopping centers have everything from pharmacies, banks, dry cleaners, clothing stores, supermarkets and many restaurants – even a new Fresh Market.. In the evenings you may want to take a stroll down to enjoy dinner at Prezzo, a great neighborhood Italian restaurant that was in Boca Raton years ago and has been brought back.
Just about everything is near this pet friendly gated community including places of worship, Town Center Mall, ease of access to major highways, attractions, recreation, schools, beaches and much more. It’s just a short drive to Delray’s famed Atlantic Avenue or Boca Raton’s Mizner Park.
