What’s the Community Like?
Azura was started in 2007 with the last houses finished by Toll Brothers in 2014. The community has a fabulous entrance, one of the nicest in the area, with lush tropical landscaping and a sparkling fountain. Azura is guard gated.
The homes you would expect to find for sale in Azura generally range between 3000 and 7500 square feet. There are single story and two-story homes at Azura. Most homes have their own swimming pool, in addition to the pool at the clubhouse.
The smallest homes in this luxury gated community in Boca start with three bedrooms while larger floor plans have a six-bedroom model. Lot sizes run about quarter of an acre with plenty of room for your furry friends. Many of the homes have custom features. There is every kind of conceivable shopping nearby. There are at least four shopping centers within minutes of the community with three grocery stores, pharmacies, Fresh Market, banking, gas, dry cleaners, schools, fitness centers, veterinarians, groomers, hair salons, houses of worship, and even doggie daycare.
Azura is easily accessible from either Fort Lauderdale International Airport, West Palm Beach International Airport or Miami International Airport, as well as Boca Raton’s Private Airport. It is also close to major highways for ease of travel.
In the evenings, you may want to have dinner at Prezzo in Park Place, which just reopened after a long hiatus. It has always been one of my favorites! Or head to downtown Boca Raton or downtown Delray Beach, because the luxury gated community of Azura is just short drive to both, as well as the new IPIX or Muvico to catch a movie.
During the day, it’s a short drive from Azura to our beautiful beaches. You can’t beat the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean for a nice day out. Nearby Azura is also Mizner Bark, one of Boca Raton’s dog parks. We even have a dog beach now!
Don’t forget Town Center Mall, if you’re into shopping. With stores like Saks, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Macy’s and approximately 200 other stores, you won’t be bored! There is something for everyone.
