200 East was built in 2009. It is a nine-story condominium building with townhouses for a total of 115 residences. One of my favorites things, other than this pet friendly condo in Boca is fabulous, is that 200 East is walking distance from so many things. There’s no reason to stay home! You and your fur kids can go out and meet their other doggy friends too.

Units at 200 East have contemporary interior finishes, marble bathrooms and oversized balconiesis. There are condo, penthouse or multi-level townhouses with attached garages at 200 East.
Service at 200 East is unparalled. There is 24/7 front desk/concierge service, porte-cochere with valet parking, and a Concierge that will arrange for dog walking or dog grooming, car washes, or dinner reservations.
Some of the condos for sale at 200 East in Boca Raton FL have ocean and Intracoastal water views. Some have garden views, while others have city and/or pool views. All have open floor plans. Many units have granite counters, stainless appliances and walk-in closets. All condos have nice-sized balconies.

In fact, they’re in construction to build a new Mandarin Oriental hotel in downtown Boca Raton right now. Sleepy town no more! Urban metropolis – yes!

200 East is located just under 3 miles from Boca Raton Regional Hospital, a major hospital, as well as other medical facilities, schools, houses of worship and main arteries for ease of travel.
SCHOOLS
Children who live in Highland Beach Club attend the following schools: Boca Raton Elementary, Boca Raton Community Middle School and Boca Raton Community High School. There are also charter schools, as well as several privateschools located nearby.
