Highland Beach Club is a guard-gated complex located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway with deeded beach rights. This waterfront condominium complex sits on 14 pristine landscaped acres along the Intracoastal Waterway and has everything you could want. And they won’t make faces if you have a couple of furry friends walking with you, because the Highland Beach Club allows 2 pets with a maximum weight of 35 lbs each. Highland Beach Club was built in 1997. It is made up of two 11-story condo buildings and townhouses with a total of 200 residences, some being direct waterfront. Each of the two buildings has 11 stories. One of my favorites things, other than the complex is beautiful, is that Highland Beach Club has places for walking your dogs within the complex. So your furry friend can go out and meet his other doggy friends too.

HIGHLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOS

Highland Beach Club is a beautiful condo complex. They have 2 and 3 bedroom condos and townhomes. Square footage in the condos runs approximately 1200 to over 1500 square feet. Many of the condos for sale at Highland Beach Club in Highland Beach FL have ocean and Intracoastal water views. Some have garden views. All have open floor plans. Many units have granite counters, stainless appliances and walk-in closets. The condos all have nice balconies.

Townhouses at Highland Beach Club have 2 and 3 bedrooms have open floor plans. They are hard to find, as they rarely come up for sale.

AMENITIES

Amenities at Highland Beach Club include deeded beach access, clubhouse with pool overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, spa, fitness center, business center, tennis courts, bbq area, social room and 24-hour security.

It’s so relaxing by this pool, it’s easy to fall in love with the lifestyle. It’s easy living at the Highland Beach Club and south Florida. Spend lazy days at the pool and be able to walk your dogs without fear of someone reporting you. That about sums it up.

Please check the rules of your condo, as most condos do not allow pets by the pool.. I am not talking about true service animals here.. Please refer to HUD.gov..

ARE YOU A BEACH PERSON

If you are a beach person, then Highland Beach Club may be a good fit for you. There is deeded beach access across the street.

For your furry friends, Boca Raton now has a dog beach where you can take your dogs to romp and play. Bark Beach at Spanish River Park is a great option for dogs who like sand, water and playing at the beach. There are other beaches in Jupiter and Hollywood that are pet-friendly, as well.
