The 2021 Boca Pumpkin Patch Festival

The 2021 Boca Raton Pumpkin Patch Festival on October 30 and 31 is as action-packed as ever. Whether you’re picking the perfect pumpkin out of the thousands available, getting an adrenaline rush on carnival rides, sitting still for fall photos or meandering through Scarecrow Village, the festival is definitely the place to be on those two days. You can also enjoy the cornstalk maze, pick up a pumpkin decorating kit and spend time at the Pumpkin Food Court or Pumpkin Beer Bars.

Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Contest

The Howl-O-Ween dog costume contest at Trails and Tails Dog Park in Doral on October 28 is a great way to let your pooch strut his stuff. Dress up your four-legged family members and enter her into the best dog costume contest on this side of the state. There are five categories: Cutest, Most Creative, Most Halloween-Themed, Best Group-Themed, and Superhero and Villain. Dogs can’t compete in multiple categories, but yours can certainly steal the show in one of them!

Palm Beach Boo Bash

The second annual Palm Beach Boo Bash on October 24 is packed with spooky (but family friendly) fun. There’s trick-or-treating with vendors, costume contests for every age group with big prizes, fall photos, and crafts for the whole family. Trick-or-treat bags will be provided to the first 250 kids, so bring your own just in case. Entry times are from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 3 to 5 p.m.

Haunted Pirate Fest & Mermaid Splash in Boynton Beach

The Haunted Pirate Fest & Mermaid Splash in Boynton Beach (October 30 and 31) is always a great time, and you’re invited to join the fun in mermaid, pirate or other maritime-themed attire. The festival transforms the whole downtown area into a Renaissance-era port, and you can enjoy live entertainment, music, pirate reenactments, interactive mermaid tanks and magic shows – and there’s a treasure hunt, mermaid pageant and costume contest, as well.

Spooky Halloween at the Weston Town Center

You’ll have a spooktacular time at Spooky Halloween at the Weston Town Center. Kids are welcome to trick-or-treat on October 31 from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. You’ll see live performances, kids can participate in the costume parade and a wide range of other activities, and so much more at this annual event.

Mr. Jack O’Lantern’s Pumpkin Patch in West Palm Beach

Mr. Jack O’Lantern’s Pumpkin Patch in West Palm Beach is open from October 1 through October 31, and admission is free (and so is parking). You’ll be able to participate in all kinds of fabulous activities deigned for the whole family, including pumpkin decorating, pumpkin bowling, animal viewing and feeding, a bouncy house and so much more.
