Homes in The Bridges offer 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms. Square footage runs approximately 2400 to over 7,000 square feet.

What’s the Community Like?
Many of the homes in The Bridges have custom features, modern aesthetic quality and unique designs. Modern kitchens, contemporary design and clean lines are the order of the day. The smallest homes in the community have 3 bedrooms, while the larger floor plans have 4, 5 and even a 6-bedroom layout with some models putting the master bedroom on the ground floor.

There is a Fitness Gym open 24/7 for your convenience, yoga studio, locker rooms and saunas. And for those hot days, there is an air-conditioned alternative to outdoor play – an indoor sports court for volleyball, basketball and many other activities.
The Bridges has a Tennis Pro Shop and 7 Har-Tru tennis courts which are lighted for night time play. Being in south Florida, there are also shaded courtside pavilions with a spectator viewing area. There are cards rooms for Maj Jongg, Canasta, Bridge, and Gin Rummy.
After the little ones have splashed around the Splash Pad Water Park and wading pool, there is a Kids’ Activity Room for them to enjoy along with their parents, grandparents and community caretakers. Supervision is a must in the Kids’ Activity Room. For the older ones, there is a Game Room at The Bridges which includes ping pong, air hockey, basketball and arcade games.
The Bridges is one of but a few gated communities in Delray Beach that has a restaurant on site. The Grille is a full-service restaurant that serves up a healthy and delicious selection of dishes. What’s Going on Nearby The Bridges Community?
The Bridges is located on the Boca Raton-Delray Beach border. There are 3 hospitals located less than 10 miles from the community, as well as medical facilities. There is every conceivable kind of shopping nearby. The Reserve shopping center is 5 minutes from the community and has everything from a grocery store to a pharmacy, banking, Pilates, Starbucks, hair salons, medical, health food stores, along with several different types of restaurants.
In the evening, you may want to have some great pasta at Villa Rosana or try Tempura House or Ben’s Deli for a pastrami sandwich and a knish. Or, from The Bridges, you can head 6 minutes in the other direction to Delray Marketplace and catch a movie at IPIX after dinner at Burt and Max’s or a number of other fabulous restaurants. There is Orangetheory, nails salons, dog grooming, more grocery stores, and on and on. And let’s not forget Joseph’s – one of my all-time favorites for take out! You won’t be disappointed.
Schools, houses of worship, beaches, attractions and recreation are all located within close proximity of The Bridges. There is easy access to all major highways, as well as Fort Lauderdale International Airport, West Palm Beach International Airport, Miami International Airport and Boca Raton’s Private Airport.
What Schools Will the Kids Attend?
