What’s the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in Foxe Chase are custom. They generally range from 4000 square feet and up. Most of the homes were originally built back in the 80s and 90s, but there have been tear downs and major renovations to many of the homes. It’s not uncommon to find second stories or additional rooms adding to the square footage of some of these great homes, or to find newer homes. Lots are all one acre, so there is plenty of room for children and pets to play because Foxe Chase is a pet-friendly gated community.
What’s Going on Nearby the Foxe Chase Community?
Foxe Chase is centrally located in Delray Beach and close to Delray’s famed Atlantic Avenue and the beach. There is a major hospital less than 1.5 miles from the community as well as just about every kind of conceivable shopping within minutes. Fresh Market is on Linton and Federal Highway and Trader Joe’s will be opening in 2014. There are multiple shopping centers just down the street that have everything from pharmacy to grocery stroes, cleaners, banks and more.
Do you like the beach?
It’s is 3.4 miles to the beach from Foxe Chase. You can drive or even bike it. How convenient is that for a house on an acre in an acreage gated community?
In the evenings you may want to take a stroll along Delray Beach’s famed Atlantic Avenue. There is no shortage of restaurants. One of my personal favorites is Deck 84, right on the Intracoastal Waterway. It’s also just minutes by car to Mizner Park or Town Center in Boca Raton for some shopping or dining, places of worship, schools, Attractions, recreation and more.
What Schools will the Kids Attend?
