The homes you would expect to find for sale in Valencia Palms are generally going to range between 1500 and 3400 air-conditioned square feet. The community was built by GL Homes from 2005 to 2006. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 2 bedrooms while larger floor plans have a 4-bedroom layout. This was the 5th Valencia community to be built and a custom collection of homes was added.
All homes in this luxury active adult community are single story with the exception of one model (which has a master down.) Maintenance fees in Valencia Palms are $449 monthly and cover lawn care, cable, security, common areas and recreational facilities.
